Daniel has worked in the Banking & Finance industry since 1989 – he specialises in owner-occupier commercial mortgages, complex investment mortgages, alongside development finance and bridging loans.
One of the main drivers for launching ADD Property Finance was Daniel’s passion to bring the traditional banking ethos to the specialist borrowing market.
Outside of the office, when Daniel is not on the golf course trying to reduce his handicap, he enjoys the outdoor lifestyle with his family.

Hannah has worked in the industry since 2015 – gaining experience in 1st & 2nd Charge Mortgages, Consumer-Buy-to-Lets, Self-Build Mortgages, Buy-to-Let Mortgages and Regulated Bridging.
As a seasoned Specialist Mortgage Advisor, Hannah is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals no matter how big or small – she takes pride in going above and beyond for all her clients and doing whatever is necessary to achieve the desired result.
Outside of the office, Hannah loves to partake in a range of outdoor activities, but is also quite partial to a lazy movie day with her spaniel, Fred!
