Clients had developed a vacant pub into 8x flats but due to delays with materials and builders, project over ran and development finance facility needed to be redeemed. Project was 90% complete.

Solution

Provided a Developer Exit Bridging Loan which allowed clients to redeem the Development Finance Facility, release additional funds to complete the remaining works and an additional 12 months, with interest fully rolled up, to allow client time to decide whether to sell or refinance.
